Workspaces

A workspace is one business (or personal) silo in Waveguide: its own connections, persona, agent machine, spend, and data. One login email can own several workspaces and switch between them from the dashboard sidebar.

Personal vs business

If you want Waveguide for your company and for yourself personally — with different Gmail, social, or other accounts — create two workspaces. Connect personal accounts on the personal workspace and company accounts on the business workspace. Connections never follow you across workspaces.

Use Add a workspace… in the sidebar switcher. Choose a name and a kind (Personal, Business, or Both).

Switching

The workspace switcher is always visible when you are signed in with email. Switching mints a new session for that workspace and reloads the dashboard so nothing from the previous workspace stays on screen.

Access-key login is single-workspace only — sign in with email to switch or add workspaces.

Limits

You can own up to three free workspaces. Paid workspaces do not count against that cap. To add another free workspace after the limit, upgrade or delete one of the free ones.

Billing

Each workspace has its own plan and Stripe customer. Upgrading one workspace does not upgrade the others.
