Cookie Policy

This is a short policy covering first-party storage and the third-party visitor-identification pixels that may run on the marketing site.

The marketing site: analytics and visitor identification

This website (waveguide.adwave.com marketing pages, docs, and legal pages) sets no first-party cookies. Analytics, where enabled, use Cloudflare Web Analytics — a cookie-free, privacy-first measurement tool that does not track you across sites, does not fingerprint you, and stores nothing on your device.

Where enabled, the marketing site also loads visitor-identification pixels from our data partners RB2B and Vector, which may use cookies and similar technologies to match US-based business visitors against their contact databases, as described in the Privacy Policy → Website visitor identification. You can opt out via RB2B / Retention.com or Vector.

The dashboard uses localStorage, not cookies

When you sign in to the dashboard at /app/, your session token is kept in your browser’s localStorage — not in a cookie. It is sent only to our API with requests you initiate, is scoped to your tenant, and is not readable by other sites.

  • To sign out: use the sign-out button, which clears the session.
  • To clear manually: clear site data for waveguide.adwave.com in your browser settings (this signs you out).
  • To revoke everywhere: Settings → “Sign out everywhere” revokes all sessions server-side, regardless of what any device has stored.

Third parties

Signing in to connected services (Google, Meta, Slack, and others) happens on those providers’ own pages, which are governed by their own cookie policies. Stripe’s checkout, used at signup, sets cookies per Stripe’s cookie policy.
